🌿 Bahar Çayı Tarifi – Arındırıcı & Ferahlatıcı                                                                                              

Malzemeler:                                                                                                                                                          

1 tatlı kaşığı kuru papatya                                                                                                                                 

1 tatlı kaşığı rezene tohumu                                                                                                                              

2–3 dilim taze zencefil                                                                                                                                       

1 dilim limon (kabuklu)                                                                                                                                       

1 çubuk tarçın                                                                                                                                                      

2–3 taze nane yaprağı                                                                                                                                        

2 su bardağı sıcak içme suyu                                                                                                                                           

Hazırlanışı:                                                                                                                                                     

Tüm malzemeleri bir demliğe veya cam French press'e ekleyin.                                                             

Üzerine kaynar olmayan (yaklaşık 90°C) sıcak suyu dökün.                                                                       

Kapağını kapatın ve 6–8 dakika kadar demlemeye bırakın.                                                                       

Dilerseniz süzerek sade, ya da birkaç damla limon ve bir tatlı kaşığı bal ile tatlandırarak servis edebilirsiniz.

Bu çay özellikle sabahları hafif bir kahvaltının ardından veya akşam saatlerinde günü yavaşlatmak istediğinizde tüketmek için idealdir.                                                                                                                     

Zencefil ve rezene sindirimi desteklerken, papatya ve tarçın zihni yumuşatır. Nane ve limon ise baharın taze havasını fincana taşır.
